Refund Policy

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition with all tags attached. Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.

Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide via insured carrier. Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary by destination: domestic 5-7 business days, international 10-21 business days.

Tracking information is provided for all orders. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once handed to the carrier.
